Glenville resident Lynette Tangredi selected as New York Air National Guard First Sergeant of the Year
Master Sgt. Lynette Tangredi, a resident of Glenville, has been selected as the New York Air National Guard Outstanding First Sergeant of the Year for 2016, based on her superior leadership, job performance, community involvement and personal achievements.
Tangredi, a 20-year Air Force veteran, joined the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia, New York, in 2004. She began her duties as the first sergeant of the 109th Security Forces Squadron in 2015.
Tangredi will go on to compete for the 2016 Air National Guard Outstanding First Sergeant of the Year.
Tangredi resides in Glenville with her husband, Charles, and daughters, Gabriella and Audreanna.
