NY Army National Guard Sgt. Stephanie Hazelett, a Bradford resident, reenlists while flying aboard CH-47

Latham, NY (07/30/2018) — New York Army National Guard Sgt. Stephanie Hazelett, a Bradford resident, reenlisted during training at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, on June 19.

Peterson is a military police team leader assigned to 105th Military Police Company in Buffalo. She and several other Soldiers reenlisted on board a CH-47 helicopter flying above Fort Indiantown Gap.

She enlisted in the New York Army National Guard in July 2012.

Hazelett has been awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal.
