Thirteen of the 50 Air Transportation specialists from the 109th Airlift Wing at Stratton Air National Guard Base, Soctia, New York, pose for a photograph at Muniz Air National Guard Base in Puerto Rico on March 16, 2019 while supporting the 156th Air Transportation Operations Center at Muniz ANGB to help out with Vigilant Guard 2019.
